Bethany students are encouraged to submit their poetry, fiction, and
creative nonfiction to the ECHO student literary contest. The third
annual Echo contest is open to undergraduate students currently
enrolled at Bethany College, Heidelberg University, Hiram College,
Marietta College, University of Mount Union, and Muskingum University.
Each work will be judged as an individual entry, and entrants may win
more than one prize. Prizes in each category will be $175, $100, and
$50. Interested students may visit the ECHO contest website http://echocompetition.wordpress.com/ or contact Dr. Jessie Janeshek for more information. The deadline for entries is February 4, 2013.
