Wyman ’64 Receives Cornell Runestad Award

Dr. William Wyman ’64 recently received the Cornell Runestad Award as a part of the 50th anniversary celebration of the Nebraska Choral Directors Association. The award is given for life-long dedication to choral excellence.

Wyman is only the ninth recipient of the award, and follows his Fulbright Scholar Award in Korea, Nebraska Choral Director’s Association Choral Director of the Year, Nebraska Music Educators Association Hall of Fame election, the City of Lincoln Mayor’s Award for Arts Leadership and Bethany College’s Alumni Achievement Award.
