Associate Professor of Theatre Tracie Lynn Duncan was recently
nominated for Best Set Design and Best Lighting Design for the 2012
Broadway World Columbus Awards (http://columbus.broadwayworld.com/vote2012region.cfm#sthash.8TsQueVc.dpbs)
for her work on the 2012 summer production of King Lear. In addition
to the recognition given to Duncan, senior Patrick McGregor II received
three nominations, including a nomination in the Person to Watch
category.
Duncan is slated to design for the Clockwise Theatre in
Waukegan, Ill., a member of the Chicago Area Theatre group, for their
upcoming productions of Cars and Quinceaneras by Susan Lieberman and
the world premiere of Party in the Kitchen written by Madelyn Sergel.
