Stephen L. Vogrin ‘95 was formally sworn in as an Assistant United
States Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia Monday in
federal court. Upon a motion made by U.S. Attorney William Ihlenfeld,
II, Vogrin was administered the oath of office in United States
District Court by Chief Judge John Preston Bailey.
