Bethany College President Scott D. Miller on Monday attended the
annual meeting of the Presidents’ Council of the New York Times and
Council of Independent Colleges partnership at the New York Times
headquarters. Twenty CIC presidents currently serve on the Council.
Bethany has sent student editors to the NYT editors’ workshop in the
spring.
Dr. Miller also attended the Conversation between
Foundation Officers and College and University Presidents at the
TIAA-CREF headquarters. The program is sponsored by the CIC.
Approximately 80 presidents and 20 foundation leaders attended the
discussion.
