Dr. Scott D. Miller,
president of Bethany College, has announced the appointment of Bethany
alumnus Jason Hartz ’00 to the position of director of institutional
research.
“It’s truly a pleasure to welcome Hartz back to
Bethany. He started his academic career here, and now he continues his
professional career with us. I’m confident that he will bring
passion and enthusiasm to all that he does for the College,” said
Miller.
After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in history from
Bethany, Hartz attended Marshall University where in 2003 he received his
Master of Arts in music history and literature. Later, Hartz completed his
doctorate studies in 2010 at Ohio University, where he focused on music and
art history.
