Wheeling Symphony Announces College Concert Series

Wheeling Symphony announces it new College Concert Series performance, presented by Wheeling Jesuit University on November 11 at 7 p.m. Students receive tickets to these events at no cost while staff, faculty and alumni receive 50 percent off the ticket price.
