Films On Demand Master Academic Collection Available

Heather Ricciuti, The Mary Cutlip Director of Libraries & Learning Resources, has announced that the library now subscribes to the Films On Demand Master Academic Collection.

Currently there are more than 7,500 full-length videos and 90,000 video clips from top producers including: Films for the Humanities & Sciences, BBC, A&E, NOVA, the History Channel, PBS, ABC News, and CNBC. The College’s license permits unlimited, simultaneous access to the Master Academic Collection which covers Business & Economics, Science & Mathematics, Humanities & Social Sciences, Health & Medicine, and Archival Films & Newsreels. 

Bethany College faculty, staff, and students can create a personal account and save and organize personal playlists. On-campus users can access Films On Demand directly (http://digital.films.com/Dashboard.aspx) or by visiting the Databases A-Z section of the library website. Off-campus users must use the link found under Databases A-Z on the library website.
