This year’s theme for the Kalon Scholar Leadership Academy was “You
Can Lead: The Steps to Becoming a Great Leader.” The event was held at
the Mountainside Conference Center on Saturday, February 23.Seventy students representing campus organizations, fraternal organizations and athletics attended the day-long event. This year’s speakers, a collection of six community leaders from different walks of life, presented a variety of sessions, all of which were connected to the idea of establishing oneself in leadership roles.
